The HD Top cases and the Panniers are made of 2 mm aluminum plate, with silicone sealed joints. The top covers closing system is done with hinges and toggle latches, safety is achieved based on key locking system. The top cover is also fitted with 4 stainless steel links for fixing the luggage. On the inside they are fitted with 5 mm thick isoprene insulation and on the outside with reflecting band.
The side cases can be fitted with system for fixing them onto the Heavy Duties Racks or other racks the motorcycles may already be fitted with. Both the side cases and some of the fixing systems were tested during several motorcycle trips with destination countries from Europe and Africa.The fixing system is manufactured based on the client’s needs, it can be made of aluminum or polyethylene and it allows fixing and taking off the panniers in a very short time and with simple operations, offering in the same time a firm grip.
